The Oak Hill Jackson Brickstones is a 96-unit apartment complex near downtown Cedar Rapids and close to the historic New Bohemia and Czech Village neighborhoods. The Brickstones signify the City’s resurgence following the flood of 2008, and its location makes it a convenient choice for those who work in the medical district or at nearby downtown employers. Residents will enjoy low utility costs, spacious rooms, affordable rents, and will be within walking distance to many attractions, making the Oak Hill Jackson Brickstones a beautiful and convenient place to call home.

The project is modeled after the successful Woodland Avenue Brickstones in the Sherman Hill Negihborhood of Des Moines that Hatch Development Group built in 2003. The design is inspired by the early 20th century Baltimore rowhouse with a pedestrian-friendly brick façade that frames the sidewalk, and includes amenities such as nine foot ceilings, exposed ductwork, computer centers, onsite laundry and elegant balconies.

The apartments have recently opened for lease, and are professionally managed by Perennial Properties Management Services. The Oak Hill Jackson Brickstones is a 96-unit apartment complex comprised of two linked buildings, the Adam and the Pennington.
