The Stockbridge is a three-story 42-unit apartment located at 1815 High Street in the Historic Sherman Hill Neighborhood and was completed in 2008. It was the first apartment in Iowa to feature an environmentally friendly geothermal heating and cooling system, which makes this the “greenest” place to call home in Des Moines.
